Aubergine : Orlando F1 Hybrid

Attractive, virtually spineless, dwarf plants yield an abundant crop of 'baby' fruits, 5cm (2in) in length. Aubergine Orlando produces finger-length aubergines that have beautiful dark-purple skins and are not at all bitter tasting.

Bean : Dwarf Runner Bean : Hestia

A superb variety with all the best characteristics of modern runner beans, but on dwarf plants. Runner Bean Hestia is early to crop, often before standard types, with a good yield of tasty, long, straight, stringless pods, held above the soil to avoid disease. Dwarf Runner Bean Hestia is ideal for small gardens, large containers and borders where its bicoloured flowers of red and white make an attractive addition.

Beetroot : Pablo F1 Hybrid

Top quality, smooth-skinned, round roots with dark red skin and flesh with a small taproot, ideal for growing as baby beets. Delicious in summer salads or use the young leaves as an alternative to spinach. Beetroot Pablo F1 stands and stores well without going woody.

Broccoli : Kabuki F1 Hybrid (Mini Vegetable)

Bred for close spacing, Broccoli Kabuki F1 will product a quality 'one meal' head followed by smaller side shoots.

Cabbage : Redcap F1 Hybrid

Cabbage : Shelta F1

Specially bred, dark green ballhead, Cabbage Shelta has a sweet flavour, ideal shredded raw in salads, or steamed.

Carrot : Mignon

Carrot Mignon's smooth, tender and juicy, rich-orange roots were specially selected for growing as 'baby roots' or 'little-finger carrots' as they quickly mature (approximately 12 weeks from sowing). Carrot : Mini Finger

Quick maturing, Carrot Mini Finger produces cylindrical, tender sweet orange roots.

Cauliflower : Avalanche F1 Hybrid (Summer/Autumn)

Excellent dual purpose variety, particularly for solid miniature heads when planted closely, or for a snow white larger head at wider spacing. Cauliflower Avalanche has a vigorous, upright habit, producing quality heads which stand well in good condition. Suitable for close spacing to produce miniature heads.

Courgette : Black Forest F1 Hybrid

Unique climbing habit, saving space, and best grown in containers on the patio. Courgette Black Forest's climbing habit, needs supporting and tying. Stems can be trained and tied to a trellis, stout cane, or netting.

Courgette Black Forest will produce heavy yields of dark green, smooth, cylindrical 15cm (6in) courgettes if picked regularly.

Courgette : Midnight F1 Hybrid

British breeding at its best has produced Courgette Midnight which has very compact, bushy plants, ideal for growing in containers. Leek : King Richard

A very early variety. Leek King Richard produces extra long, slim stems which don't need earthing up and are ideal for slicing. From earliest sowings it is ready in June-July, and later sowings, August-September, stay ready for use until Christmas. You can also direct sow Leek King Richard without the need to transplant, or grow closer together for delicious, succulent mini leeks.

Lettuce : Mini Green Improved

Improved breeding in delicious, crunchy tennis-ball sized mini Icebergs. The plants of Lettuce Mini Green Improved have a compact habit with very few wasted outer leaves and produce a dense, crunchy delicious 'meal for one' from a single heart. Lettuce Mini Green Improved stands well in good condition for long periods if watered regularly.
